Avocados, Wild Reviews and Pure Sass (Friday Faves #15)

I have a truly strange mix of things to share with you this week.

I’ve just had my morning coffee, ‘We Built This City’ is on the radio and I have a weekend full of fun things planned so I’m feeling kind of buzz-y whilst I write this so bear with. My list of faves this week may seem slightly random but that simply reflects my mood and potential lack of sanity over the past fortnight so there we are!

1. Discovering the king of lunches

So I now will have had this avocado-toast-on-crack concoction for 3 days in a row and I’m not even sorry. Eating it makes me feel all kinds of ‘got my life together’ basic-blogger healthy-living feelings and it’s great.

If you’re interested, it involves: wholegrain toast, mushed up avocado, salt & pepper, halved plum tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. = BAE.

2. These simple yet awesome life hacks

The thing I love about this list is that I can just do these life hacks right now. I don’t have to go out and buy some weird clip thing or a jar of honey or some crap; they are just sensible common sense stuff.

3. The sassiest French Bulldog that ever lived omg

As an active member of the French Bulldog Facebook community (yes that’s a thing, and I understand how sad it sounds) I keep seeing this video about 156792 times a day on my timeline and I CAN’T STOP WATCHING IT!

It’s possibly the best video I’ve ever seen in my life.

4. A super helpful camping equipment review post

Wild Tide blog (based in Cornwall) always post super useful reviews for all kinds of outdoorsy/adventure products and equipment, so if you’re planning a camping trip or hiking excursion soon, definitely check out this post and generally their whole blog!

5. My new phone case <3

I bought this phone case a couple of weeks ago from a shop on Etsy that stocks hundreds of beautiful designs, only to find out that they’re based down the road in Newquay! Had to give them a shout out obvs.

Much fancy, very blogger.
