You essentially make raw cookie dough from butter, sugar, vanilla essence, plain flour and chocolate chips, freeze them for half an hour, and then roll them in melted chocolate. You then have to store them in the fridge.
I didn’t have brown sugar, so I just used caster sugar, but they taste just as good!
Obviously mine are not as perfect looking as the ones on The Sunday Chapter; I like to think of them as rustic looking…
I have to say, this was an incredibly easy, quick recipe (even for me!), so if you too are a cookie dough enthusiast, I would highly recommend giving it a try!
*This was also my first attempt at macro food photography with my new 50mm f/1.8 lens. Needless to say I’m pretty in love with this thing. Any tips/critiques are welcome!
